Delivery in Riga
Flower delivery in Riga is carried out by our couriers. Minimum delivery fee in Riga — €6.
In remote Riga neighborhoods (e.g., Bolderāja, Vecāķi, Jaunciems, Dārziņi, Rumbula, etc.), delivery fees may be higher. The exact price will be shown in the order form after entering the address.
Average delivery time in Riga — 2 hours from the moment of order payment.
Delivery Outside Riga
Delivery fee outside Riga — €0.70 / km.
Distance is calculated from Tallinas iela 83, Riga to the recipient's address.
Delivery to Jūrmala and Greater Riga
The price for Jūrmala depends on the specific district — Lielupe, Dzintari, Bulduri, Asari, Kauguri, etc. The distance can vary by up to 20 km, so the price is calculated individually.
Delivery to more distant Greater Riga regions is made within 3–4 hours.
Delivery to Riga Airport
We offer two types of delivery to the airport:
- Standard delivery — €8 — delivery to the airport area at the specified time
- Delivery with flight waiting — €15 — courier meets the passenger in the arrivals area
Delivery Times
Deliveries are made 7 days a week from 09:00 to 21:00.
Available time slots:
- 09:00–12:00
- 12:00–15:00
- 15:00–18:00
- 18:00–21:00
Precise time delivery: +€10. This is carried out by a dedicated courier, ensuring delivery at the specified time with minute precision.
Important: For Sunday delivery, the order must be placed by Saturday 14:00.
Delivery Process
Delivery is made by our couriers to:
- apartment doors
- office premises
- hospital rooms
- schools, kindergartens, and other institutions
- any address without restricted access
Upon recipient's request, the package can be left at the door inside the building or in a private property's enclosed area.
During winter, flowers cannot be left outside as they may freeze.
Communication with Recipient
The courier contacts the recipient only for organizational reasons (address, time, access).
The courier does not reveal that the package contains flowers and does not disclose its contents. The recipient is only told: "You have a delivery."
If Recipient is Unavailable
If the recipient is not available at the specified time, the courier offers the following options:
- arrangement for a different delivery time
- arrangement for a different address (if farther — additional fee for distance difference)
- handover to a family member, office colleague, or neighbor (only with recipient's consent)
Additional Notes in Order
In the order form field "Additional Information", you can specify:
- instructions for the courier (e.g., call before arrival)
- instructions for the florist (e.g., color preferences)
- greeting card text
Each order includes a free greeting card matched to the flower composition.
You can select "I wish to remain anonymous". In this case, the sender's name will not be disclosed to the recipient.
