Payment methods for international orders
We accept payments from any country:
- Visa and Mastercard - any bank\'s card worldwide, including debit cards
- Apple Pay and Google Pay - quick payment from your phone
- PayPal - if you prefer this option
- Internet banking via Montonio - Latvian and European banks (Swedbank, SEB, Revolut, N26, etc.)
- Bank transfer - we will send a prepayment invoice to your email
All prices are in euros (EUR). Your bank will automatically convert the amount to your local currency at the day\'s exchange rate.
Time zone tips
Latvia is in the Eastern European Time zone (EET, UTC+2), UTC+3 in summer. Keep this in mind when planning delivery:
- Delivery hours - every day from 09:00 to 21:00, Latvia time
- Same-day orders - must be placed by 17:00 Latvia time
- Sunday orders - must be placed by Saturday 14:00
Tip - if you are in the US or Canada, order in your evening or a day ahead to ensure delivery at the desired time.
Delivery area
We deliver flowers in Riga and within a 50 km radius of our salon at Tallinas iela 83. Delivery fee - €0.70 per kilometre, minimum fee €6. This includes:
- Riga - all neighbourhoods, including Āgenskalns, Purvciems, Teika, Ziepniekkalns, and more
- Jūrmala - Dzintari, Majori, Dubulti, Kauguri
- Greater Riga - Mārupe, Ādaži, Ķekava, Salaspils, Ogre, Ikšķile
- Further afield - Sigulda, Jelgava, Saulkrasti, Baldone - the fee is calculated the same way
Greeting card and anonymous delivery
In the order form, you can:
- Write a greeting - our florist will include a card free of charge
- Stay anonymous - the courier will not reveal who sent the flowers
- Keep the surprise - the courier only mentions a "parcel", never that it is flowers
After delivery, you will receive confirmation by email and SMS. If you would like a photo of the delivered bouquet - mention it in the order notes.

Can I pay with a foreign bank card?
Yes, we accept Visa and Mastercard issued by any bank worldwide.
Are prices in euros, or can I pay in another currency?
Prices on our website are in euros (EUR). When paying with a card from another country, your bank will handle the currency conversion automatically.
How will I know the flowers have been delivered?
You will receive confirmation by email and SMS immediately after delivery.
What if I don\'t know the exact address?
Enter what you know - city, street, building number. If the apartment number is missing, our courier will contact the recipient directly.
Can I request delivery at an exact time?
Yes, for an extra €10 - delivery at a precise time down to the minute. Perfect if you know when the celebration starts.
What if the recipient is not at home?
We will contact the recipient and arrange an alternative time. You will be notified of any changes.
