We accept payments from any country:

Time zones and same-day delivery
Latvia is in the Eastern European Time zone (EET, UTC+2), UTC+3 in summer. That is 2 hours ahead of London, 1 hour ahead of Berlin and 7 hours ahead of New York. Keep this in mind when planning delivery:
- Delivery hours - every day from 09:00 to 21:00, Latvia time
- Same-day orders - must be placed by 17:30 Latvia time
- Sunday orders - must be placed by Saturday 14:30
On peak days (Valentine's Day, 8 March, Mother's Day) we take orders for longer, but on days when all delivery slots are full, ordering may close earlier. The nearest available delivery time is always shown on the homepage and on every product page.
Tip - if you are in the US or Canada, order in your evening or a day ahead to be sure of delivery at the time you want.
Delivery area
We deliver flowers in Riga and within a 50 km radius of our shop at Tallinas iela 83. Delivery fee - €6 for up to 8 km from our shop, then €0.70 for each additional kilometre. The exact fee is shown in the order form as soon as you enter the address. This covers:
- Riga - all neighbourhoods, including Āgenskalns, Purvciems, Teika, Ziepniekkalns and more
- Jūrmala - Dzintari, Majori, Dubulti, Kauguri
- Greater Riga - Mārupe, Ādaži, Ķekava, Salaspils, Ogre, Ikšķile
- Further afield - Sigulda, Jelgava, Saulkrasti, Baldone - the fee is calculated the same way
Greeting card and anonymous delivery
In the order form you can:
- Write a greeting - in English, Latvian or Russian; our florist includes a card at no extra cost
- Stay anonymous - the courier will not reveal who sent the flowers
- Keep the surprise - the courier only mentions a "parcel", never that it is flowers
After delivery you receive confirmation by email (an SMS is also sent if you gave a Latvian phone number). If you would like a photo of the bouquet before delivery, mention it in the order notes or message +371 20018499. We will do our best, but a photo cannot be guaranteed.

What if I don't know the exact address?
Enter what you know - city, street, building number. If the apartment number is missing, our courier contacts the recipient directly.
Can I request delivery at an exact time?
Yes, for an extra €10 - delivery at a precise time down to the minute, by a dedicated courier. Useful if you know when the celebration starts.
What if the recipient is not at home?
We contact the recipient and arrange an alternative time. You are notified of any changes.
Do you deliver outside Riga?
Yes, within 50 km of Riga, including Jūrmala, Sigulda, Jelgava and Ogre. The fee is €6 for up to 8 km from our shop, then €0.70 for each additional kilometre.
